Love going 10 hours without power and being told it will more then likely be a day or two before they will even attempt to make a repair because only a couple of house are without power on my street. Im sure my bill won’t reflect any of this and will somehow be more expensive. Absolute stellar service guys. You guys are a terrible company with terrible service. If ANY OTHER company was around I would use them.
Last two storms didnt knock out power until Nipsco startes fixing lines then they knocked out our power
In one year of having this service I lost 2 PlayStations and a computer thanks to this company. The power outages make my bill sky high and we have a power outage at least once every other month! This place needs to be shut down and a new reliable company needs to open! They should be ashamed of there selves for treating customers the way they do. I’ve never been so disrespected by a utility company not to mention they sent me a shut off notice and then shut off my power the very next day. My mail doesn’t even get to my hous... read more

More than a week try to start or move my service and anybody attending by phone. More than one and a half hour in line to never get an answer. The worst costumer service ever.
