In one year of having this service I lost 2 PlayStations and a computer thanks to this company. The power outages make my bill sky high and we have a power outage at least once every other month! This place needs to be shut down and a new reliable company needs to open! They should be ashamed of there selves for treating customers the way they do. More than a week try to start or move my service and anybody attending by phone. More than one and a half hour in line to never get an answer. The worst costumer service ever.
delivery charges are getting ridiculous !!!!!!
When you cancel service, make sure you check when they decide to cancel your service, I overlapped 5 days with the new people that moved into my house. They were double billing, had to call for a refund.
