The house salad that I received had so much dirt on it that it was unedible. I would not recommend this establishment. I contacted them via phone and FB and I couldl not speak with anyone and my call was automatically put into voice with their response was that "someone would contact me within 48 hours).
The sushi was fine, had much better elsewhere. What I really liked was how attentive their staff was. As lots of reviews have suggested, pricing is on the higher end.
Waited for an hour and 30 mins for our food and still didn’t show up and we had to leave. Then the waiter (with an attitude) went on to charge us for a drink when we walked out, least they could have done is left it free for the 1hr30 minutes we’re never getting back.
The food here was incredible!!!! We were very hungry so the photo idea came up halfway into the meal However, every single thing was excellent. Thank you to our server, Nate, as well - he was very present in terms of service and conversation. We couldn’t have asked for a better meal and experience.
I absolutely love Nippon sushi. I’ve been eating here for over a decade, and tonight the experience I had was above and beyond. I order about once a week, and this week for some reason, my order said it was delivered, and it was not. I called and they quickly got on the phone with the delivery, service people, And when we couldn’t find my order, they quickly remade it and had it at my door within 15 minutes.
