Save your time and money. I saw the good reviews I called them they came in inspected the unit diagnosed a bad inverter I called Linda multiple times for a repair they didn't have a compatible inverteror plant to repair. Short story they charged 500 I zelled to the owner I got no invoice no call back. I YouTube the inverter was fine no need to replace. It was reset and currently running no issues.

I had a very good experience with Nippon Solar for my home solar purchase. The Sales Rep Linda was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process, and has been available to address any concerns I have had since the installation was complete. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for their solar needs.

New reviews 2 years is not good reviews. Person in Victorville ca office is not doing her job. I had solar installed and now can't them to come out to do repair work. Called them on May 25 ,again the following week. My wife called the next week. Finally got a appointment for 19 June. 2 hrs after appointment time get a text stating appointment can't be made. Only person to talk to. Makes it seem she is in charge and will not give a phone number other than hers. I don't recommend to anyone until someone else is in charge. She ... read more

I called today with a problem on a system that they certified to work on but did not install. I talked with Linda and explained what was happening. She explained how it worked for a service call but suggested that i first try something. It worked. Saved us the cost of a service call but secured us as a future customer should the need arise!
