Terrible customer service. They never answer emails or calls. They take as long as they wanted to process orders. And when we took as long as they did to respond to them, they decided to stop selling to us.
Nippon has the best customer service! It's rare that you can call a plant and have the phone calls picked up and speak to a real person.
This company cares for their employees, volunteers for the community, runs charity drives, and donates to wildlife conservation.
