I'm not one to write public reviews and in this case I have been hesitant bc I know the clinic will become so much busier. Lol. My experience at my previous doctor's office was quite toxic, constant dismissiveness and honestly traumatizing for years. It was really bad. We thank both Dr Naqvi and Dr Gindy, they are truly a god send. Both doctors dont hesitate to hear our concerns and address them out instantly. They make swift referals and also make quick followups. My mom had a sciatic nerve pain and I cant imagine taking her to any other clinic. Dr Naqvi attended to my mom with utmost care. We are thankful to all the help and support.
The management at this clinic is unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time. On two occasions, I was given an appointment only to find that the doctor was not available when I arrived. It is extremely frustrating to take time off work and rearrange other commitments, only to discover that the appointment has been canceled without any prior notice. This level of unprofessionalism is deeply disappointing.
The is the best medical clinic in Milton. Everyone from the reception to the pharmacist and Dr. Naqvi are amazing and highly professional. They treat you with respect and listen patiently to your concerns, something that a sick person would appreciate greatly and that has become really sparse with medical clinics nowadays.
