Cannot get ahold of anyone, and when you do get through to someone the receptionist is snarky and rude. I’ve tried for a week to get a same day appointment and every time I have to call for over an hour, when they answer they say call back tomorrow. I’m very disappointed.
Receptionist is rude and dismissive of simple questions.
Clinic is a great place...very clean, receptionist is awesome, doctors are awesome, I have never had to wait too long to get in a room to see the doctor, 3 doctors I had seen know a lot about Hemophilia which is great for me... Keep up the great service...
A small town medical clinic treated as a Physician office. Receptionist incredibly obnoxious in stating that as such, patients are only seen if they have an appointment. Otherwise, march on over to the Emergency room to be seen there. And we wonder why our hospital ERs have ridiculous wait times....for basic 5 min clinic stuff like acute infection.
