Great place to deal with. Vraj and Jeff great to deal with. They helped us patiently find a vehicle suited for our needs.
Terrible dealer. Have had 6 1500’s and on my 3rd 2500. I’ve had various experiences but Nipawin was by far the worst. My wife and I were up at Tobin Lake on vacation, when we came back from fishing the engine light was on. I drove to Nipawin simply to ask if they could read the code for me. The old guy sitting at the service counter was very unfriendly and zero help. I asked if they could just throw the code reader on and let me know what it was and his reply was no my guys are busy and we don’t have time. I basically told h... read more
Excellent customer service ... and I mean truly excellent. Dealt with three different people there and all were complete gentlemen. They made it a positive experience and I feel that I was treated fairly.
