Very kind lady. Helped me get into my phone. Did not try to get extra money. She tried to help me by charging me the lowest price possible. Also very fast and friendly service!🥰
I came on Tuesday. The service was fine. But they made me come back to get my sim card the next day. They made me wait over an hour. The lights were on. They were Open 10:00 a m. according to the 2 signs but the door was locked. 2 customers & a guy that needed to shut off the water left. I had no cell service (they had forgotten to insert the sim card the day before. I had the battery changed the day before). I spoke to a woman on the phone arranging it. Poor repair job on cell phone. The repair person forgot to put the sim card back in, meaning another trip to the shop to have the Sim card re-installed. Although they knew what time the second trip would arrive and it was during the hours of work posted, they did not arrive at the shop for another hour and a half. No apology, no compensation.
Rude customer service. Does more damages than fixes. Overprice phones. Would not recommend that place
