Not trying to be rude or bash, but when you specialize in tires, I shouldn't have to wait over 3 hours to have 4 tires changed being the only vehicle in the shop. I will not be coming back.
Do not waste time like I did. Went with my dodge ram but they were unable to open the bolts , they were supposed to call me when they had another technician come to shop but no one called. Wasted my time. Not organized at all...
