I purchased a 30 minute dermalplaning facial from Groupon, 5 minutes before my appointment I get a call from the receptionist saying they could not do my service I explained that I was 5 minutes away. Once I was there I was given the waver to sign. My faclist(Janaye )in the middle of the session explained how she would not do the service that I got through Groupon and she would only do extractions.
