Excellent service
I’ve been seeing Carli here for electrolysis for a couple years and she is such a gem—kind, professional, and above all SO good at zappin’ hairs. I feel like I won the lottery finding someone with her skill and expertise (and who is a genuine pleasure to hang out with during the long hours in the chair!). The front desk staff is also kind, friendly, and efficient.
Felt the need to share, I would avoid Nios at least for upper lip electrolysis. My technician, although very friendly and welcoming, used a heat setting that was too high. Thankfully it was just a consultation/patch test and I did not do full session. Afterwards, I showed the results to my friend who has been going for face/neck electrolysis in Chicago for months and she showed her technician, and the words were “it’s a little gnarly”. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfortable setup, all the ingredients to make a painful process go by smoothly. Carli has been my go to person. She has a great attitude and works efficiently and the results are amazing.
