Dr Ladner is the best dentist I've ever visited. The staff are all so sweet. I've got a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work and they always put me at ease.
Katie the receptionist was an absolute doll. However, the assistant that took me to the back said have a seat. The chair wasn’t even ready. She asked what I was there for. I told her I wasn’t sure that my husband made the appointment. Oh, so you want to cancel the appointment? Why not call your husband? I told her to get out to get someone else. I was there for a reason to get my chipped tooth looked at. Needless to say, it was a waste of my morning. On the fence if I want to go back or not.
I am so hesitant to go to the dentist. I broke a crown and there was no way around a dental appointment. Dr. Ladner and his team took amazing care of me. Best experience with a dentist’s office ever. Highly highly recommend!! Thank you Dr. Ladner and team!!!
My wife actually likes this dentist, which is a miracle. I think he's a really comforting person, and a cool guy to boot. I will 100% be bringing my kids. Family Dentist for life! The office staff are great. They are on top of appointments, and are a huge help with insurance issues. Dental assistants are sweet, and attentive. You looking for a great family Dentist? You found the one.
