Won’t answer the phone. Been calling for weeks and leaving messages with my number. Sucks when I live 4 hours away!
Quoted $117 then was told I owed another $153 for self pay. Pretty expensive for antibiotics. I would never have been seen there when I could go to Douglas or Banner for $125. Bre in billing needs to get some manners on customer service. Pretty expensive for a Hospital/clinic that is a barely a bandaid station.
If I could put no stars on here I would. We started bringing our little baby girl to this office because we thought doctor Jolene would have our backs. I don't know what is changed our daughter has a cleft palate and will need surgery soon. Cleft palate babies are usually small and have a very hard time growing in size. Dr Jolene knows this. I just wanted to take the time to let you know how much I appreciated the way I was treated in your clinic today. It is refreshing to see real medical care being done and I truly felt listened to by Karen Alexander FNP. I am very glad to have the opportunity to work with her in my ongoing medical care.
Dr. Falkenburg is a great physician. Super courteous staff.
