After booking an appointment to test some MA speakers amongst other hifi equipment I just felt as if I was being made to wait because they were understaffed. If they had phoned me before hand I could of saved myself 3 hours of travelling time. To make things worse I was then told they didn't have the speakers that I wanted to test. On the plus point another member of staff spent nearly 3 hours trying to please me with an array of equipment. I would advise not to bother with this company...I was completely put off a purchase by their attitude...they probably would have tried harder if the amount in question was five times more, but we're not all made of money and good customer service should be the same no matter what.
Made me pay £20 postage costs to return a faulty speaker! Not impressed, have since researched my rights and I will update on how they handle my compliant. Edit - turns out the speaker was faulty out of the box but still had to endure 4 weeks repair period. £20 Refund eventually given 3.5 weeks later. They then offered to sort me out on a future purchase if I ammend this review. Would avoid in future . Edit - this was in 2022 when it was under warranty. Google has somehow deleted the original review.
