Very poor customer service. Doctor does not care if the patient needs a repeat prescription. My Pharmacy sent fax to her office three times in one week for repeat/change prescription but they have not replied it yet. If you call their number they don't even have a voicemail setup on their line. If the receptionist does not pick up then the phone it rings forever and then the line drops. We will not recommend her as a family doctor or even as a walk-in clinic because they have very short hours of operation.
I had an appointment today with Dr. Yusra Ali, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. She was extremely professional, kind, and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the visit. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Yusra Ali to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable family doctor. Thank you so much for your excellent care!
I had a really bad experience with Dr. Ahmed and his wife, Yusra. They were both rude and didn’t seem to care about their patients. I went there to fill out a form, and Dr. Ahmed didn’t even check my medical history—he just guessed what to write. Yusra doesn’t seem to know much about medical stuff either.
