Did a fantastic job cleaning, but left unnecessary giant holes in the clothes that don’t hang on a hanger naturally. They ruined one of my skirts by using large safety pins to pin it to a hanger. So unnecessary. I’d rather have wrinkles in it than ruin it.
I called a few places and they were so extremely helpful. They were able to get my pants and shirt by 1 instead of 5 like the others. She put a red tag on it knowing I needed it for a service tomorrow. Great customer service!
This is my go-to dry cleaners. Most recently, I gave them 3 couch cushions to clean. The cushions had large sweat stains on them, and despite me using 3 different types of stain removers, i was unable to get the stains out myself. I took the cushions to Ninth Avenue Dry Cleaners as a last effort, and I picked them up the next day and was charged only $18. The stains were totally gone when I picked them up as well. The people who work there are very kind and I 110% recommend this location.
They did an awesome job cleaning my comforter and pillow shams. It was ready the next day, and the price was very reasonable.
Do not take your wedding dress here. The shop told us they could clean the dress no problem but when I picked it up and brought it home, it made my wife cry. There is still a line of dirt along the bottom and in her vail there was still wine stains all over it. Not only did they do a bad job at cleaning the dress but they claimed that they have been doing this for years and it came out perfect.
