My daughter was ready to throw these dresses away as the bottoms were so dirty after wearing them at two weddings. I told her we needed to find a shop that did dry cleaning on the premises so I could ask questions before just dropping it off. I came here for the first time, and it was hands down the best dry cleaning experience I've ever had. The gentleman helped me right away. I didn't have to take my clothes out of the bag or count anything, and I was in and out in under two minutes. He said everything would be ready the next day after 3. I came by at 4, it was ready, and it all looked great. I was in and out in another two minutes. This is by far the most efficient dry cleaner I've been to, and they deserve all the business!
Did a fantastic job cleaning, but left unnecessary giant holes in the clothes that don’t hang on a hanger naturally. They ruined one of my skirts by using large safety pins to pin it to a hanger. So unnecessary. I’d rather have wrinkles in it than ruin it.
This is my go-to dry cleaners. Most recently, I gave them 3 couch cushions to clean. The cushions had large sweat stains on them, and despite me using 3 different types of stain removers, i was unable to get the stains out myself. I took the cushions to Ninth Avenue Dry Cleaners as a last effort, and I picked them up the next day and was charged only $18. The stains were totally gone when I picked them up as well. The people who work there are very kind and I 110% recommend this location.
I called a few places and they were so extremely helpful. They were able to get my pants and shirt by 1 instead of 5 like the others. She put a red tag on it knowing I needed it for a service tomorrow. Great customer service!
