My daughter was ready to throw these dresses away as the bottoms were so dirty after wearing them at two weddings. I told her we needed to find a shop that did dry cleaning on the premises so I could ask questions before just dropping it off. Did a fantastic job cleaning, but left unnecessary giant holes in the clothes that don’t hang on a hanger naturally. They ruined one of my skirts by using large safety pins to pin it to a hanger. So unnecessary. I’d rather have wrinkles in it than ruin it.
I called a few places and they were so extremely helpful. They were able to get my pants and shirt by 1 instead of 5 like the others. She put a red tag on it knowing I needed it for a service tomorrow. Great customer service!
Really appreciate the same day, friendly service. I love going into a place and they know who you are and are writing up your ticket as you walk in the door. I have been using them for several years. I used to go to another place that was closer to home but got wiped out by the pandemic. This is a family place. Friendly, and great service!
Do not take your wedding dress here. The shop told us they could clean the dress no problem but when I picked it up and brought it home, it made my wife cry. There is still a line of dirt along the bottom and in her vail there was still wine stains all over it. Not only did they do a bad job at cleaning the dress but they claimed that they have been doing this for years and it came out perfect.
