This has become my favorite spa so far. The place is super clean and feels very luxurious. I had an amazing experience with both my massage and facial—professional, relaxing, and top quality. I’ll definitely be back.
Absolutely the best facial I’ve ever had! My skin felt instantly refreshed, glowing, and so well cared for. The space is beautiful and relaxing, and the service is truly top-tier. They also offer massage, spray tan, and pool float therapy, which I can’t wait to try next. Highly recommend!
I was absolutely pleased with my visit at Ninotch. It was my first time getting a spray tan service, Valeria did an awesome job, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. It was also a really nice and clean environment. As for the final result, my tan looks so natural, and just everything I was looking for!
Absolutely awful experience at Ninotch Spa. Yesterday (11/23/2025) was our 1-year anniversary, and I booked a duo float for my partner and me. We showed up early as instructed, only to find the door locked. Lights off. No staff. Nothing. Their sign said Sunday “By Appointment Only,” yet apparently even when you have an appointment, no one shows up. I visited Ninotch and my experience was disappointing. The staff member was friendly and the environment was clean, but the massage itself did not meet my expectations. I requested a deep tissue and communicated my problem areas, but the therapist did not apply the right amount of pressure or focus on the areas I mentioned.
