I never write reviews but felt i needed to warn others. Some of the worst food I’ve ever had. Food was flavorless and horribly over priced. They have no clue how to make pizza and need to learn how to use seasoning. They should learn I’m how to make food. Thought i would give them a chance and severely disappointed. I decided to try Ninos for the 1st time I usually order from Rays in Hillsdale but decided to change things up. Ninos needs to NOT hire incompetent discourteous delivery drivers. It took almost 1.5 hours to receive my delivery of a stromboli and a soda. They couldn't even get a straight answer from the delivery girl as to her whereabouts and when the girl finally got here, she was classless enough to NOT even apologize. Wow! My daughter wanted Nino’s for her birthday dinner tonight. I must have screwed something up ordering through the app because when I called to double check about 15 minutes before delivery was due there was no record of it. The gentleman on the phone took my order, delivered it to Emerson within 30 minutes and even included a surprise slice of cake for her. The mistake was mine yet they came through and the food was fantastic!! Thank you so much
Terrible meatball sandwich tonight. I couldn’t even eat it after a few bites. The quality of the food has been dipping since it open. We always try to give it another shot but it’s just not there
