Never came out but took deposit. No calls nothing. I am now forced to take legal action after no response. They should not be allowed to do business in MA.
WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. This company is a group of HACKS, LIARS AND THIEVES. I placed an order with them over 2 months ago and gave a $2800 deposit. After submitting a drawing for the work to be done, they told me they had to come out to measure the job. They measured, and then three weeks went by with radio silence. I called and left messages, never heard from them. I then get a call back saying that had to come back out to re-measure the job. They scheduled and canceled the day of the re-measure.
