My family orders from Ninos all the time. Until recently I think their new counter staff is extremely rude. Whoever has been answering the phone lately has had the most ridiculous amount of attitude. I called to order my usual gluten free baked ziti and she proceeds to say “we don’t have that” and she doesn’t bother to ask her coworkers, and when I said I’ve ordered it multiple times she just said “i’m just gonna write it on the ticket and let the kitchen figure it out.” My mom has had the same experience when ordering. I order from here all the time. The pizza is the best Brooklyn-style pizza and the management is very kind and helpful. They want to make sure you get the best.
