The stylists available are charging extortionate amount to do a child's hair into a simply style without extensions. Very disappointed with such an expensive service. The high costs does not match the service and it is exploiting customers in thses difficult times. I appreciate thses are difficult times for all, but don't exploit customers. I have used this service several times but then realised the costs are exploitative. Unfortunately, will not be using them again.
Very efficient customer service in finding what I requested within a certain time frame, the hairdresser I went to was even so good. I built a rapport with her that I'll definitely be going to her again and recommending her to my friends. Thank you NinjA'fro!
They were very helpful and prompt with communication.
My first experience - I asked who could do my hair in my area in a Facebook group and NinjA'fro got in touch and we arranged for a stylist to braid my hair. Simple. I was pleased with the end result and the overall experience was pretty convenient. I've now used the service twice, the latest time for twists, and I would definitely recommend NinjA'fro.
