We are from out of town and wanted to try here so we ended up going to their Spring Break free gym. I think I had different expectations than what the gym was. I think if you are looking for another place to take kids to burn off some energy, it serves the purpose but it seemed very advanced for kids who don’t train there. We signed our pre-k son up for classes four months ago and he has loved every second of it. It’s the one activity that he has never once complained about going to and looks forward to each week. The coaches there are super hands-on and make it incredibly fun and challenging for kids of all ages. Not only does it help keep him active, but it teaches him about body control, strength, balance, agility and resiliency. The coaches at Ninja U are great. They are teaching great skills in a relaxed and encouraging environment they set realistic goals for school aged kids and give great feedback. I am so happy we found this gym for our kids.
