The best coaches and a great work out for your little!! Sets them with a foundation of confidence, patience, perseverance and belief in themselves! Always impressed with the kids in the gym and their ability to uplift one another.

Workouts are tailored to your specific level and ability. The coaches are skilled and adaptive to your needs. No cookie cutter wimpy workouts! No ac, no parading princesses of the gym or mirror lovers!! Real work- real results! Balance improvement for those with skeletal injuries and age related issues. I’m doing fitness in a brand new way and loving it.
Our school had the mobile event come out to the school recently (and two other times in the past) for our field day activities. We are so happy with Coach Edgardo and his coaching team from NinjaObstacle Lifting Academy. The interactions with the students were positive, movitvating, and the perfect way to keep them moving and having fun. The obstacles they brought were perfect for all age/skill level of our students.
