In short: Friendly staff, No-Judgement Atmosphere for first timers, definitely see why the waiver is needed lol, free first class (!!!), high intensity and great cardio work! The courses are upper body focused so keep that in mind. Overall great time!! In long: Hubby and I went for Thursday night Adult/Teen Parkour.
