I thought I had already written a review here, but I guess not. We went here for a birthday party a few months ago and had a great time. If your kids & all their guests are able to walk/climb/jump unassisted, this is an amazing place. The missing star is for bad website information (possibly corporate's fault). The website says that the parties are "inclusive fun" that "caters to kids of all abilities." Fantastic service! From the staff seeing us open our car door to help grab party supplies, to the easy check in process to get a wristband, and finishing with the engaging games/activities, Finn was absolutely great — friendly, professional, and especially wonderful with the kids. Finn went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend booking your birthday party here!
The overall experience with a party booking was easy. The party host was awesome he kept the kids engaged and moving. He was also very attentive to any needs we had. Kids left tired and happy.
