Called 4 hours ahead to have it. Ready by 3 p m I arrived twenty minutes late still nor started it . 4 people at the registered, no one would help me.One was counting money, two were talking to each other about school .And one was playing on their phone. All of these ninjas have turned out to be the sorrytst service. I know the owner , and she wouldn't put up with this crap
Food was very nasty and rice and chicken was hard smh
I’m not sure what has changed but the food tonight was awful! The steak was so dry (ordered medium) and looked like dog kibbles! The crack chicken was burnt and the fried rice had a weird taste to it! I just hope they get it back to how good it use to be!
Not sure what the deal is with this Ninjas but the service is pretty terrible. So I went for lunch Wednesday and waited 30 minutes. I watched my order get placed in the hot window and it sat their for 10 minutes because the girls at the front were moving very slow or just straight up doing nothing. Keep in mind they were not busy. The food was fine when it does come out. Fast forward to Friday I go again for lunch. There's hardly anyone there and they got 7 tickets in the window.
