The Ramen is incredible; no ramen comes close to it in my opinion. They lovingly make every dish from scratch and with fresh ingredients. I was so taken aback by the quality of the broth I asked the chef how many days it took, and he explained it was made for us from zero. They are always lovely to talk to and it’s clear they care about good food and people above all.
