Updated: I’ve now been three times and each is better than the last. Today I had Sandy and she was absolutely incredible. Very nice, great pressure and I really felt like she wanted to give a great experience. I highly recommend. Wow, I just had the ultimate head spa treatment and I will be back. The entire experience was so pleasant. The staff were very nice and offered us a beverage as soon as we arrived. The treatment honestly just kept getting better as time went on. This has always been my go-to place for eyebrow waxing and other service. I used to love their service it was always smooth, comfortable, and I never had any complaints. But my experience on Saturday at 5 PM was truly disappointing and horrible experience. Service was really really bad and now I feel so uncomfortable to go out these marks. I had the Japanese head massage treatment with Emily today. I have never been more relaxed in my life. This is a beautiful spot with a calm atmosphere. I felt pampered throughout. Highly recommend this!
