I’m a black Native American woman, I have pre diabetes, sleep apnea, bmi of 60%, chronic back issues, mental illness, GI disease my list goes on. This surgery doctor khozeimeh nini,(specifically breast surgeon), looked into my history (not throughly enough) and told my Primary Doctor and my health insurance that I don’t qualify for Wegovy because I haven’t tried a oral medicine for 6months (Orlistat) if you look into the side effects of this medication it causes many GI issues.
