My Husband had nasal pollups and the operation and the post operation went as planned. Things went beautifully. He is breathing like nothing ever happened. Thank you Dr. Nguyen .Bravo!!!!!
So disappointed in the office staff. I cancel my appointment and found a new doctor. The young women Kaitlyn at the desk was so rude and hateful. I feel very sorry for the doctor. He most likely has no idea why patients cancel their appointments.
I wish I could give it less than 1 star!!! The Vietnamese staff was awful, she was so mean and unprofessional. My mom had an appointment at 1:30pm and we came at 1:00pm as we were told. Once we arrived, she said my mom's appointment is 3:10pm. After few minutes conversation, she gave us some papers to fill out which took us approximate 20mins to do so.
