My insurance doesn't require a referral to see a specialist and I told them that when I made my appointment. Unfortunately 3 days later I got a call saying they would need to cancel my appointment due to a lack of referral. I told them again that my insurance doesn't require one and they simply said it was their policy. If they had been upfront with what their policy was when i made the appointment I could have simply tried another place and we wouldn't have wasted each others time.
I've been coming here for a few years. It is extremely difficult to: make an appointment, make a procedure appointment, and get refills on medication. Reaching the office has always been unpleasant.

Very professional atmosphere and my procedure was painless. I feel very comfortable and know that i am in great hands with Dr.Zeng
If I could give this man zero stars if i could. This is the second time i have seen him, across two different companies he has worked for. I was at the ER for spilling over 3 cups of blood and he came in and told me it was because i was fat, overweight, it was a diet issue for both issues ( I have lost over 30 pounds in two months). He refused to see me, by his words, unless I have bought a bidet ( about 1,000 for a functional one ) and he wouldn't do a colonoscopy unless I bought one or started bleeding profusely.
