Today my visit with Dr Wu and team performed a Cystoscopy and Prostate Ultrasound to discover data needed to recommend surgery to take away the need to take Tamsulosin and Finasteride because the dizziness side effect was intolerable. His advice to replace the two drugs with Silodosin for a 3% chance the dizziness bight be significantly less. The recommended surgeries based upon my 45cc prostate were TURP, Laser, and Auquablation.
