Don't waste your time (or money) – I've given up on Ninfa's. The noise is deafening, it's almost impossible to find a parking spot because of such a small parking lot and the last two times I've eaten there, I've gotten sick within hours. When the restaurant first opened and for many years afterwards, Ninfa's was THE Tex-Mex place to eat. But within the last two or three years, this place has taken a nose dive. I can't believe it is still even open! Don't waste your time or money!!!

stale – (I can't spell or pronounce these things) Two of the ladies ordered their lunch specials, and 2 of us ordered the casadillia. The lunch special was a huge portion for 9.95 and the casadillia was about 4 inches in diamiter. They cut it into 6 scrawny pieces. loaded the center ot the plate with lettuce, peppers and green stuff.. That cost me 9.95 also. The server asked all 4 of us if we needed change. WAITERS***** don't do that. it's rude. Then he short changed 2 of us... very ,very disappointed it this place...will no... read more

It gets five stars because the margaritas are the best I have ever tasted and they are fair priced. I dont mind waiting on a table because I can have a few margaritas. With Ninfas you know what you are getting.

I've always liked the food at Ninfa's. As far as Mexican food in Baton Rouge goes, it's hard to beat. It does get pretty loud and crowded, so I prefer to go for lunch or earlier in the evening, but overall it's not bad.

FUN, FUN, FUN! – Not being a drinker, but being with friends that do. I'm able to have a Strawberry Margarita and enjoy. The staff their attitudes' are always pleasant. And the ribs which are my favorite are soooo good.

Ninfa's experience; dangerous to your health – BEWARE!!! We had a group of 12 eating late one night in January '09 in the room to the right of the entrance. After all the other tables had cleared out, one employeee set all the empty tables with new silverware and plates.. Then another employee started spraying disinfectant on those tables without picking up the plates first. We were astounded and asked him does he realize the danger of what he was doing? He responded by laughing at us and claiming "at least they are now clea... read more

Pros: Drinks and atmosphere Cons: Parking (parking lot is small and can pose a problem on busy nights i.e., friday and saturdays)

If you are looking for poor quality food and a bad dining experience this is the place to go! – What once use to be the best Mexican restaurant in Baton Rouge has now become the worst. The quality of the food was terrible and not up to the old standards of TJ Moran's legendary quality and service. Since the remodeling of Ninfa's the noise level has increased to the point that you can't carry on a normal conversation with family, friends, or co=workers. The quality of the food at Ninfa's is far surpassed by the fast food chai... read more
