Friendly nurses and doctors. In the main foyer of the main ninewells building is a cash machine and loads of shops. However if you go to caresview its cash only. But take loads of 50p as they have a soap and tea/coffee machine
I was recently in accident and emergency dept. It changed so much. I like there new way in what they doing. The staff was very helpful and friendly too. Thank you to them all

The waiting time is absolutely horrendous.
Would like to thank a&e staff last night for the care my 6 year old son received. Seeing how busy the unit was and some of challenges they faced the staff were fantastic and I'm so grateful for your time. From reception to admission nurse, to the other nurses and doctors every one of you were lovely, reassuring and made us both feel at ease. Thank you for your time and help x
