This developer is awful. For too long, they have left the tenants of Brickworks in Brunswick in the lurch. They’ve left parcels of unfinished development and have failed to continue repairs on an old chimney which has sent the area into disrepair, creating an unsafe environment for those that live there. It’s not good enough. Have some respect.
On their website ‘ Responsive. Honest. Proud. At Ninety-Four Feet, we play a good game. We're a family property development business making a positive difference to the communities in which we work.’ This is a complete fabrication. We residents at brickworks drive have been treated with dishonesty, with ongoing delayed responsiveness. The developers have been in charge of fixing the Brickworks chimney for three years now and nothing has happened. It’s a safety issue, a waste of council money, an eye sore because of pure negligence and lack of professionalism.
This developer has left the tenants of Brickworks high and dry. Leaving parcels of unfinished development and failing to continue repairs on an old chimney which has sent the area into disrepair, creating an unsafe environment for those that live there. It’s not good enough!
