Awesome place to live – Don't listen to the reviewers below. These are some of the classless drunkards that the management is trying to weed out. I've lived in my fair share of various apartment communities and Ninety Degrees has been my best experience by far. Extremely Disappointed – When I first moved in to Ninety Degrees I could not have been happier. The apartments are new and nice and the location is great. Well I have been there for nearly 2 months now and all that changed real fast. I was originally told the complex was dog friendly and that the pool was available 24 hours - both major selling points for me. My boyfriend and I moved in to a unit right near the pool. GUNS: Armed security guard threatens to shoot my dog – I once loved living here. The apartments are very nice a little cramped for space, but nice. Most of my neighbors are awesome! We all hang out in the evening while cooking dinner and enjoying a glass of wine. BUT recently we've been given a "curfew" so the pool and ramada/grills have been closed down from 11pm-6am.
