Horrible management team, horrible place to live… what happened to the big guy and the lady with the locs in the office? At least they got things done and were friendly. I got they get things together…. Not to mention they don’t cut the grass or trim the bushes, hallways and grounds are horrible, leaks and pest control issues smh shall I continue… and they wanted me to keep paying that expensive rent!!!
Stole my money then change the rent up over 100 extra dollar's after I paid $100 security deposit so that I wouldn't be approved, security deposit scam
Don’t move here unless you can survive weeks without heat in the winter. As I type it’s exactly 44 degrees in my apartment right now. The boiler is old & rarely works. Complaints about no heat annoys management. Housing code enforcement cited them a violation for lack of heat among other things just last week & we’re STILL without heat. We received notice of being under new management, so the owner simply fired the management but the problem hasn’t been fixed. No management team can manage these issues. I have not had heat since it has been cold and they never clean the hallways. I put a call in to maintenance . Now for the fourth time they have switched management companies. Tenants are now meeting with legal aide because no repairs are getting done or taking too long. Hell one lady had wait over a month for one
