This office is amazing. We moved to Baldwin last fall and needed a vet. Originally I had chose another vet but they had staffing issues and recommended 19 Mile. I am so grateful. My 15 year old girl Velvet wasn't feeling well and the got us right in. She was diagnosed with anal gland cancer. The prognosis was not good but the Dr walked me through what we could do to keep her comfortable. Every two weeks they refilled meds for her without question for six months. Dr. Hitzman has passed away and Dr. Linda is now one of the vets there and we got a dog thru an animal shelter which we found to be quite sick, we took her to our vet (Dr. Linda) who did several tests on her, she had fleas, bladder infection, ear infection, and then we had her spayed and she had two pre-cancerous tumors which she removed, and as we had asked to have her teeth cleaned while she was out they discovered she had to have most of her teeth pulled, so she had excellent care and now she is a totally different dog. Doc Hintzeman is a great vet who takes the time with you and your pet. He is very knowledgable, compassionate man.
