I can’t say enough great things about the service we have received from Michelle! My husband and I got married in June of this year (2022) and I had a vision. My engagement ring was from somewhere else (it’s white gold, pear shaped with diamonds) but I wanted my wedding band to be black to match my husbands. Great service! My wedding set needed to be resized. After careful inspection, it needed some maintenance as well. Michelle was great at explaining in detail why the work was needed. She allowed me time to make a decision and I felt very supported. I didn't realize in how rough of shape my rings were in until the work was completed and I recieved them back. Sue's work is impeccable!
