Just picked up 2 burger week burgers 1 with fries that were good both burgers dry and burnt, don't get how a professional cook burns burgers then serves them to customers for $57 I'll pass next time, since it's take-out you have to rely on the cook to do their job with pride, eat in I could have sent them back, pissed off I wasted that much money, check your order before you leave or better yet know they will give you burnt food so don't order take out. ORIGINAL POST 1- Star: I called to make a reservation and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. The person who answered the phone was not particularly friendly and abruptly said "one moment" before putting the phone down rather than placing me on hold. I could hear conversations and general commotion in the background while waiting for over five minutes, only to be hung up on. Have been here twice and both visits were excellent. Everyone tried different meals and everyone was happy with what they ordered. The staff are friendly, the service is good, and the live music is a great touch. The only small issue was that the servers didn’t seem fully familiar with everything included in the dishes, which can make it a little harder when asking about allergies or preferences. Other than that, everything was great and I’d definitely go back.
Ordered takeout, burger week speciality burger x 2 orders and both burgers were extremely burnt, just awful. Very disappointing to have spent so much , $57 & some change including tax and tip, for 2 burgers not fit to eat. Do not recommend taking order to go unless you inspect the meal first. Something you shouldn't have to do if pride in meal a priority.
All the burgers we ordered weren’t fully cooked, and they give you barely a handful of fries, it feels like they’re rationing them.
