As a consumer—especially when it comes to mountain bikes—I look closely at features, engineering, brand backing, customer support, and overall value compared to other manufacturers. They don’t answer the phones (rider or dealer lines) and their voicemails are full. Real great when you’re trying to order a part for one of their bikes for a customer before wholesale distribution deadlines.
The awesome folks at Niner were able to help me out of a parts emergency with zero notice. They also gave my son and I tour of their cool showroom with old prototype frames. Niner is still alive and kicking and the spirit is strong…thanks again y’all!
