They don’t answer the phones (rider or dealer lines) and their voicemails are full. Real great when you’re trying to order a part for one of their bikes for a customer before wholesale distribution deadlines.
The awesome folks at Niner were able to help me out of a parts emergency with zero notice. They also gave my son and I tour of their cool showroom with old prototype frames. Niner is still alive and kicking and the spirit is strong…thanks again y’all!
This is not a bike shop as Apple Maps states... regardless of that these guys helped me out of the goodness of their hearts. Thank you so much, you rock!
