Dr Zaya is a Great ENT I won’t take that from him but what horrible office he’s unfortunately at they just made a new rule that if you see an ENT here no matter how long and go to a closer ER than driving 1 hour to theirs for an emergency that you cannot be seen in the 3 day follow up period and need to deal with what ever hospital you went through for further care?? I tried to schedule an appointment for my son, but was told this office doesn’t accept my insurance and that I could pay out of pocket. Since my insurance company confirmed that they are in-network and under contract, I double-checked and even obtained a verification letter. When I called back to schedule, they still refused to accept the insurance — and then refused to even schedule a self-pay visit.
