After finally ending a 15th month lease here, I figured I’d put some information out to those looking to rent at this property. Besides all the gunshots outside, stinking hallways, dog poop/filled elevators, incompetent leasing staff, the maintenance team there had to be the ONLY good part about living at Nine15. I recently stayed at 915 in Tampa, Florida, and had a very disappointing experience. During my visit, I felt singled out and treated differently than other guests by a staff member named Matt (I am unsure if he is the manager). The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I left with the impression that I was being unfairly profiled. "I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with matt and nine 15, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. During my stay, the services were subpar, and the staff was consistently rude. The environment was also unsanitary, which was a major concern for me. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unbearable due to loud people. Matt was just awful i went in and was asking for an apartment and he had an attitude the entire time and acted like he was superior the entire time
