Extremely happy with my decision to move in! Talia, the assistant manager, was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to answer any questions I had.
Terrible management. They ignored my maintenance requests (including mold!) and then charged me for things I reported broken while I was living there — like the blinds and cooktop. Completely unfair and unprofessional. Be ready for surprise charges when you move out.
Talia is the best assistant manager, her and the management at Nine15 is top tier. Regina as well, they are very effective and quick to help with anything. Definitely recommend to live here the management is on point 💯
After finally ending a 15th month lease here, I figured I’d put some information out to those looking to rent at this property. Besides all the gunshots outside, stinking hallways, dog poop/filled elevators, incompetent leasing staff, the maintenance team there had to be the ONLY good part about living at Nine15. I mean those guys were absolutely amazing, especially JV. That dude works like no other and I wish he would get some more respect or a better property to take over at.
