If I could give Kristen more than 5 stars I would! She did a phenomenal job with my hair and went above and beyond to get me in to an appointment quickly as I was desperately trying to get it done before I left for a wedding. I was also about 6 months postpartum with a husband that was away traveling for work so she let me bring my baby! God bless Kristen and her coworkers because my baby screamed the entire appointment and not only did they get the baby to relax but also helped me relax LOL. I called on 3/19 to make an appointment for my mother’s birthday 3/28. As directed during the call I sent texts of the haircut styles we were looking at. During the conversation I was told we would get booked for my mother’s birthday, she would show the photos to stylists, find the best fit, and return my call shortly.
