Best piercing experience I’ve ever had! Went for consultation / jewelry change on a rook and a helix that had always given me trouble. Was nervous and undecided on what to do but Naomi was so calm, knowledgeable, and professional! Changed up the jewelry and my ears already feel better. Also appreciate the price transparency! I came in as a walk in. I happened to be in the area that day and decided to be spontaneous as I had this place bookmarked for forever. The front shop staff weren't warm, but welcoming enough. I chalk this up to being a walk in customer, which is fine. I was pierced by a guest piercer and the experience went well. The -3 stars is for the tip system on their POS. Jeane Beane is great! I had the most wonderful experience getting my two lobe piercings here. Will be back for cartilage! I also really like BVLA jewelry and it’s great that Nine Moons has so many options for you to choose from
Had an initial consult with Roze who was patient and kind, then my conch pierced with Starr, who is an absolute gem of a human. Luckily, I also had the pleasure of Naomi’s styling and curation tips, who thoughtfully gave me ideas on how to elevate my aesthetic. The jewelry itself is on the higher end - both quality and price point - but I wanted a forever piece. Highly recommend and would absolutely come back!
I must share my incredibly positive experience today. I came in as a walk-in because I was having issues with piercings I had done elsewhere in May. Roze was the person who helped me, and she was truly wonderful. She was very kind, listened attentively to my concerns, and provided effective solutions.
