I recently had some work done by another piercer who is currently out of town, and it needed a little aftercare- they kindly directed me to Starr here at Nine Moons. The whole process was seamless. My email was answered very promptly, the site was very simple to use, Chyna at the desk was lovely to chat with, and above all Starr did a phenomenal job. Everyone working here is so nice and accommodating! I got two surface piercings here and came back with swelling complications, and Starr (who also initially pierced me) was able to save piercings. I also came back to downsize jewelry and have help putting them in, and had an amazing experience all 3 times. I will definitely be back as long as I’m in New York!
What an amazing experience. Everyone was so helpful, I got my nose pierced (my first piercing). Jeane Bean was so nice and thoughtful. It was (almost) painless. And the jeweler is pure gold (there’s silver too). Quality all around. Highly recommend.
