The store lady is very educated in cigars and is very interesting listening to her. You can tell that she has passion for the items she sells. Fragrances are very good too, just expensive for us

I had a very poor experience here. When I walked in, I politely greeted the woman at the counter and began asking for advice since I’m not a regular cigar buyer. She immediately cut me off with “not right now” because she was in the middle of something, so I waited. A couple of minutes later she came out to help and asked how often the person I was buying for smokes. Tonette is the star of the show here, make no mistake about it. Every inch of this business is curated by her and if you ask her about any picture, furniture, even light bulb she'll tell you an interesting story about it. If you've never been to Galena before, stop in, grab a cigar and some beard oil and chat with the proprietor for a while to truly "know" the vibe of this town. Thanks again, Tonette!
