It is a stack of volumes sitting on round columns, which breaks down the scale of the multi-family residential, while creating setbacks for terraces. It is interesting how the ground floor is half sunken to offer privacy. The back entrance is also well curated, featuring a small garden and a cute cutout - adding a touch of Japanese-ness to the project. Also love how the undulation of the facade panels work with the morning light!
