Ninaya is a true healer who offers her skills as a massage and colonic therapist with deep grace and kindness.
I highly recommend Ninaya for Watsu and her classes. Watsu massage is such a spectacular experience where your body is weightlless in 95 degree water and the massage works into your muscles and joints with such ease. I also take the water yoga classes in the 95 degree pool on Monday, which is a wonderful, easy workout and connected experience.
Ninaya introduced our baby to the healing power of water. She loves the baby swim class.
