If only I could give 0 stars. Erica is very unprofessional and rude and puts outrageous thoughts into Nina’s head. Nina and Erica unprofessionally speak about clients and other technicians/workers once they leave the shop, making clients who overhear these allegations and assumptions very uncomfortable to the point some clients never want to return. Nina’s husband makes people uncomfortable aswell, her husband yelled at me over the phone after allegations were put into Nina’s head, I feared returning at points.

It was my first visit, my appointment felt very rushed and now I see why. I got the deluxe pedi with gel and this is day 3!!! Why is my toe like this with GEL. I feel disrespected and the service I asked for wasn’t met. My first and last time here unfortunately. $70 down the drain.

Editing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. The first time I went here, Tom was my tech and he was awesome and I was very satisfied with my manicures and pedicure. I haven't gone in over a year and decided to treat myself 2 days ago to a pedicure and manicure. The manicure was fine. But the pedicure (the main reason I went) was not. The man that did both my manicure and pedicure did not paint my whole nail on most of my toes. I got the basic $35 pedicure but I still expect good service.
