This has to be one of the worst transportation provider ever.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone? They don't give one crap about their clients they are very rude and unprofessional.One of their employee's named sone says the most ridiculous crap , like rude stuff to clients keep away.They don't treat their clients well i use them for like 3 months and recently made a report with the ohio department of transportation.I would not suggest this company at all
I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Nina's Health Care Services (located off Livingston and Brice Road) and will never be returning for any services ever again. Very good visiting nurse with people skills. My brother who needed care improved shortly after her weekly visits began. Impressive. Diamond in the office is a wonderful communicator and advocates for clients. We recommend Nina's Home Health Care.
The worst company ever ! I do not think people should work for them and they are very unprofessional. I asked for a letter for me not working for them and they make every excuse up to not give you a letter. The whole company is unprofessional and people in the office don’t know what they doing . I would not work here !! Find a new home health aide .
*the below is actually for the New Lexington Ohio branch, but I’m fairly certain the administrator I am dealing with right now Roderique, is also overseeing this place. Based on the reviews for this one, I see no issue posting mine here. This so called “HealthCare” business is beyond deplorable. Within two weeks time, my completely disabled mother was dropped in her own home by two separate aides.
