Nina Spinner Sands helped me sell my mom’s house. I trusted her and she did it! We had multiple offers in two days, some over list price. She provided information about similar sales in the neighborhood to compare and determine a listing price. She kept me informed from her initial tour of the house to the closing. Nina is a pro - and a really nice person.
